Debut music receives placement with Pandora, The Highway, Spotify

NASHVILLE, Tenn.  – Play It Again Records (PIA) artist Trea Landon released his debut, self-titled EP June 9 during Nashville’s CMA Music Festival, receiving early pick up with Pandora, Spotify and Sirius XM’s The Highway. “A Little Bit” was added to Pandora’s New Country playlist and Spotify’s New Boots playlist, while “When I Get There” is currently being featured during The Highway’s weekend “On the Horizon” program.

“This EP release has been a long time coming – as my debut, I’m incredibly blessed to see this kind of response before it’s even out,” said Landon. “I’m so thankful to Pandora, The Highway and Spotify for taking a chance on my music right out the gate, and I’m looking forward to seeing what fans think of it.”

Just weeks after moving to Nashville in 2015, the Claxton, GA native caught the attention of hit writer Dallas Davidson, who was quick to sign Landon to a publishing deal. Since then, he’s written with a number of established writers, including Craig Campbell (“Outta My Head”), Chris Young (“I’m Comin’ Over”) and Rob Hatch (“If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away”).

“As an artist, I draw inspiration from life experience,” said Landon. “This album is the real me, to the core, and I’m excited for the world to hear it.”

On the heels of his EP release, Landon also took part in Nashville’s CMA Music Festival, performing on the Gildan Broadway Stage at Hard Rock on Saturday, June 10.
