Nashville, Tenn. – Singer and actor Jet Jurgensmeyer puts kindness on display in new music video for current single “Compassion.” In the video, directed by The Riker Brothers, Jurgensmeyer enlists the help of his peers to join him in a movement to show more love and treat others with respect and understanding. Digital Journal gave fans the first look of the video and said “his rich, velvet vocals are reminiscent of a young Hunter Hayes.” The tune premiered last month with Holler. who commended the “contemporary country track” that “begins with a sentimental piano that underscores Jurgensmeyer’s earnest voice.” Written by Jurgensmeyer along with Sky Corbin and Stefanie Joyce, the positive anthem features the rising talent’s uplifting vocals backed by a catchy groove.

The latest track follows the release of “Fast Forward,” which American Songwriter applauded for its “classic country vibe and down-to-Earth lyrics.” The accompanying video, directed by The Riker Brothers, premiered with Sounds Like Nashville who praised the “romantic anthem” for its ‘smoldering guitar solos and a vibrant young vocal.” Penned by Jurgensmeyer with Bridgette Tatum (co-writer on “She’s Country”) and Jessie G (Redneck Records), the release served as Jurgensmeyer’s first listen from his upcoming project.
