Taste of Country exclusively premiered a first listen to the single, noting that “Bryant wants fans to know he believes in every single word of his new song, ‘Outlaw Jesus.’ The steel guitar-infused country-rocker turns to faith to solve the world’s biggest problems.”

“This song is a very personal one for me. I wrote this song with two incredibly talented guys – Joel Shewmake and Jami Grooms – and then, was grateful to have Matt McClure come on board and produce it. Matt is an amazing producer and the final product turned out better than I could have ever imagined,” Bryant shared.

Bryant’s latest radio single, “Amen,” reached No. 1 on the Power Source Christian Country Chart, Top 50 on Billboard’s Indicator chart and jumped up to No. 6 on CDX’s True Indie Chart. The track “delivers a moodiness that leans against heavy use of a vibey organ (Today’s Country Magazine)” and was the first single released from Bryant’s highly praised album, Bar Stool Preacher.
