Garth Brooks Makes The Summer Honky-Tonk Party Last “All Day Long”

Country icon Garth Brooks recently released “All Day Long,” the first single from his studio album due in stores next year.  The song, which was released on June 18th, is co-written by Brooks, Mitch Russell and Bryan Kennedy, both of whom are frequent collaborators with Brooks.

From Inside Studio G,” an interactive show he hosts through Facebook Live, Brooks describes the tune like this: “From the very first lick, this song is a party,” “Country radio, uptempo honky-tonk and summer go so good together.”

Classic fiddle, steel, & electric guitar can be heard throughout bringing out a true party anthem-esque song that’ll have crowds rising to their feet.  Instrumentally, it’s classic Brooks:

Somebody’s got to feed that jukebox
Somebody’s got to drink that beer
Somebody’s got to get all rowdy and raise some hell in here
Somebody’s gotta dance with the women
Spin ’em to a country song
I could do this nightlife all day long…

The infectious tune, which is a follow up to his hit “Ask Me How I Know,” was an instant hit.  “All Day Long” not only was the most-added single in its first week but also the biggest first week add-date since August 2015.

Fans can stream this single on Amazon Music and those who preorder his upcoming album (information on album will be released on July 9) will immediately receive “All Day Long” and a bonus track “The Road I’m On.”
