Nashville, Tennessee – More than 400 songwriters are set to perform 100 shows at the 25th Annual Tin Pan South Songwriter Festival Presented by Regions Bank, and for the first time attendees will be able to plan their week with an innovative new festival app. Built from the ground up by Aloompa Nashville for IOS and Android devices, the free Tin Pan South Festival App will include a host of intuitive features designed to make the most of the popular five-day event.

The new app features:

  • The ability to add individual events to a personal schedule;
  • News and social media feeds to stay informed of festival happenings;
  • Real-time notifications on the status of show changes;
  • Festival map and venue information;
  • Explore Music City with a list of landmark recommendations.
“This is the silver anniversary of Tin Pan South, and it is our biggest event both in terms of shows and participating songwriters,” said Jennifer Purdon Turnbow, Nashville Songwriters Association International Senior Director of Operations. “The new app makes it easy for attendees to plan how they want to spend their week not only seeing shows but also checking out our amazing city.”

The Tin Pan South Festival App is now available for download at TinPanSouth.com.

The Tin Pan South Fast Access Passes, which permit patrons to bypass the cover charge at the door and allow advance entrance, space permitting, are also available at TinPanSouth.com. Quantities are limited, and last year’s passes sold out in record time.
