Country Radio Ushers “There Was This Girl” into the Top 25

NASHVILLE, TN – RILEY GREEN lived up to his title as “the next big thing in country music” (Bustle) on Friday night (10/5) when he brought his debut headlining OUTLAWS LIKE US TOUR to Marathon Music Works in Nashville. The Alabama native thrilled the crowd throughout his 90-minute set, bringing out a slew of special guests including Dann HuffJonathan Singleton (“Same Old Song”),  Randy Montana (“That’s How You Know”), Jessi Alexander (“Hard to Leave”) and Erik Dylan (“Outlaws Like Us”). Taste of Country raves “Riley Green is the newcomer to see live this fall,” adding “he held his audience in the palm of his hand the entire evening.”

Riley’s debut single “There Was This Girl” from his IN A TRUCK RIGHT NOW EP (BMLG Records), officially reaches Top 25 at Country radio this week as MusicRow affirms “the rollicking rhythm, country-boy vocal delivery and unstoppable energy are a dynamite combination.” Fueled with good-natured rebellion, respect for tradition and steady touring throughout the Southeast, his music has already tallied over 49 million streams to date as he has built a fierce following on social media and at live shows. Riley will continue his headlining OUTLAWS LIKE US TOUR with openers Troy Cartwright and Trae Landon throughout 2018. For a full list of tour dates and more, visit RileyGreenMusic.com.
