NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Opry Entertainment launched Opry Milestones, a new digital series celebrating the biggest moments for some of the Opry’s brightest stars, last November. The debut episode featuring Reba McEntire celebrating the 40th anniversary of her Opry debut is now joined by the second installment featuring Darius Rucker’s 5th Opry member anniversary. The two episodes have reached over 2.4 million people through the Opry YouTube Channel and Facebook page, captivating country music fans across the country.

Opry Milestones featuring Darius Rucker’s 5th Opry member anniversary debuted on February 15, and has already amassed over 400,000 views. The episode includes commentary from Darius reflecting on his five years in the Opry family and features special footage from his Opry debut, surprise Opry invitation from Brad Paisley, and induction celebration with Keith Urban and Vince Gill. “To think it’s been five years, I still can’t believe it,” says Rucker. “I don’t even know the number of times I’ve played in the past five years, and every time I play here it’s still special.”

Episode three of Opry Milestones’ featuring Josh Turner’s 10th Opry member anniversary will debut this Friday, March 2, on the Opry YouTube Channel and Facebook page.
