Morgan Myles Releases New Song “Acapella” Via Edge Music Nashville

Powerhouse Singer-Songwriter To Perform in UK For
“London Meets Nashville Presents” on May 30th

NASHVILLE, TN – Powerhouse singer-songwriter Morgan Myles has just released “Acapella” (4/27) as the first spotlight track from her forthcoming project. An upbeat liberating song, Myles explains,“‘Acapella’ is a self-love anthem. You control your inner happy and should never let anyone take that away from you.”

While the track showcases Myles’ seamless blend of country, soul and pop, she also recently filmed the official video for the song with renowned director Roman White (Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood). Shot across downtown in Nashville, the video is expected to debut next month.

A Nashville-based Pennsylvania native, Myles’ songs display themes of strength, perseverance and empowerment. Shaped greatly from her years as a nanny-turned-guardian to the children of a woman named Amy who passed away from ALS, Myles writes from a deeper life perspective.

With mentors like Reba and Dolly Parton to look up to, Myles has been shaped by the best. She was lucky enough to learn the ropes first-hand while on tour with Reba. Growing up, Myles listened to Janis Joplin, Bonnie Raitt and Susan Tedeschi, while she also admired Eva Cassidy and Carole King because of their creative songwriting. “I was influenced by any woman that had a big voice because I wanted to be just like them. You name it – any 90s diva – I was trying to definitely be,” she explains.

The emerging artist was recently given the opportunity to perform the National Anthem at Bristol Motor Speedway at the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Food City 500 and will soon perform at the UK’s “London Meets Nashville” on May 30th in London’s Holborn district.
