After winning two iHeartRadio Awards for the hit “The Middle” on Thursday, Maren Morris ended the week with the release of her music video for “Common,” featuring the incredible Brandi Carlile.
Written by Greg Allen Kurstin, Maren Morris and Sarah Paige Aarons, the video for “Common” includes behind-the-scenes moments filmed while making the video as well as a live-performance of the song.

Morris and Carlile and Amanda Shires recently joined together to form their super-group The Highwomen, an all-female take on Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson’s The Highwaymen.
Morris’ highly anticipated sophomore album GIRL was released on March 8, scoring Apple Music’s biggest day one Female Country album debut, surpassing Carrie Underwood’s Cry Pretty record by over 400,000 streams.
