Lyssa Coulter Releases New Single “I Don’t Wanna Know”

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Country newcomer Lyssa Coulter releases the new single “I Don’t Wanna Know,” available on all digital retailers.

I felt this track was important to put into the world because many times we see vulnerability as “bad” or “scary” due to it potentially revolving around aspects of life that hurt such as heartbreak,” explains Lyssa in the exclusive premiere with COWGIRL Magazine. “In my past, I’ve shoved those emotions down and they resulted in built-up anger and disrespect towards myself and towards people in my life that I love.

Recently, Lyssa released her last single “Alone With U” which was written by writers Karen Kosowski (Mickey GuytonRoss EllisBrett Kissell), Karen Kosowski (Mickey GuytonRoss EllisMadeline Merlo), and multi-award winning Alexandra Adamoski (Alee).

The single reached #73 on the US iTunes Country Charts and #113 on the UK iTunes Country Charts.

In March 2017, only a few months into her career, Coulter made her first public appearance at 101.7 The Bull Backyard Country LIVE. Shortly after she released her debut single “By My Side” which premiered on iHeartRadio, and continued to air on Cumulus and Beasley Media Group stations.

Coulter released her first EP “After Midnight” in January 2018 which contributed to taking home the New England Music Award for “New Act of the Year.” Her dedication to her artistry, and talent quickly pushed her to open act spots for artists such as the Marshall Tucker Band and Eric Paslay that same year.

In 2019 Coulter kicked off her first tour to promote her sixth single “Maybe Tonight.” The tour consisted of 11 dates across the country and included some of country music’s biggest festivals including Taste of Country Music Festival (Later renamed “TrailBlazer Festival”), Country Jam Colorado, and Headwaters Country Jam Montana. Coulter has opened up a number of popular artists including Big and RichLANCORascal Flatts, and Uncle Kracker.
