NASHVILLE, TN – Freedom isn’t free, and All American country artist Payton Howie honors those that “Keep Her Breathing” in her new patriotic single, coming June 24. Life, liberty and the pursuit of patriotism, “Keep Her Breathing” is a tribute to those who have fought for our freedom, and keep that torch burning.
“We wrote ‘Keep Her Breathing’ to empower the American people,” says Howie, who wrote the track with Michael Austin (The Voice) and Erik Halbig (guitarist, Thompson Square). “For those that feel like the fire has died out, this anthem sheds light on the rise of Americans still believing in the Land of the Free.”
Ahead of the July 4th Independence Day weekend, Howie puts her boots down on the reason for the weekend – remembering our Freedom and those that fight to keep us free. “The one thing you can’t take away from a true American patriot is their willingness to stand up and defend the liberties that our country was built on.”
