“I’m honored to be invited to such a special night in country music,” says Jordan. “My dear friends Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, TJ Osborne and Ashley McBryde are all nominated for awards, but they’re already winners to me. My album would not have been complete without their incredible voices, and I just love each one of them.”

Company’s Comin’ is a debut album a lifetime in the making, as Leslie Jordan revisits the music from his childhood. These traditional Southern hymns are delivered with a playful mix of righteous gospel, classic country and vintage soul, making them universally relatable regardless of background or experience. The new album has garnered widespread acclaim ranging from NPR Music, Billboard and Entertainment Weekly to All Things Considered, Vogue and The Washington Post. Rolling Stone called it “one of the year’s most surprisingly uplifting listens,” and Los Angeles Times declared, “The down-home joy and communal revelry of his performances are a balm for these frayed times.”

Best known for his roles on Will and Grace and more recently Fox’s Call Me Kat, Emmy Award-winning actor Leslie Jordan saw a surge in popularity this last year when his relatable, slice-of-life videos went viral on social media. In addition to his daily posts and the new album, Jordan is gearing up to release his new book titled How Y’all Doin’ on April 29. He also recently launched an Apple Music Country show co-hosted with his longtime friend and collaborator Travis Howard called Hunker Down Radio with Leslie Jordan, which airs every Sunday at 2pm ET / 1pm CT.
