NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Kelsey Lamb has teamed up with real-life fiancée, Taylor Goyette, for new duet “They Never Loved You” – available now across all digital and streaming platforms. The playful track backed by an infectious beat was penned by Lamb and Goyette along with Chris Rafetto.

Last month, the songstress debuted “the soft, anthemic-leaning song” (Holler.), “Let It Break.” It followed prior release “Come Here To Talk,” which saw success not previously seen when it received support from Spotify’s Wild Country, Next from Nashville, and Fresh Finds: Country playlists. She also released bittersweet post-breakup anthem “When I Remember You” – in March.
Despite 2020 being a year of uncertainty for most due to COVID, Lamb celebrated several successful releases, including the “empowering” (The Boot) “Talk to Me,” “can’t get enough of your new flame” tune “Say It Again,” and “Where Do You Go” – praised by Sounds Like Nashville for its “honest lyrics” and “powerful chorus.” She was also awarded Female Vocalist of the Year from her native Arkansas Music Association, and capped the year with a proposal from Goyette – her longtime boyfriend.
