AND MOST STREAMED SONG OF THE YEAR “WHAT IFS”

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Multi-Platinum selling artist Kane Brown returns to NBC’s “The Voice” finale on Tuesday, May 22nd for a special performance of his chart-topping single and 2018’s most streamed song of the year “What Ifs.” Brown’s current single “Heaven” holds the #1 position at Billboard Country Airplay and Country Aircheck/Mediabase Country Airplay charts for the second week in a row. “Heaven” is Brown’s second, consecutive #1 song to top the airplay charts and also maintained eight-weeks at #1 on Nielsen’s On Demand Audio Core Country streaming chart.

“Heaven” is Brown’s third song to achieve Platinum or Multi-Platinum certification and the song achieved Platinum status at the quickest pace since Sam Hunt’s “Body Like a Back Road” in June 2017. “Heaven” is off Brown’s RIAA Platinum-certified, self-titled debut album and fans can view the music video for the song, HERE. Directed by Alex Alvga, the video has tallied more than 100 million YouTube/VEVO views.

Kane Brown topped the Billboard Country Albums Chart for 11-weeks-and-counting and remains the best new artist country debut of the past four years. He first topped the Billboard Top Country Albums chart with the release of his self-titled debut album (2016) and again with the release of Kane Brown Deluxe Edition (2017), which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums and Top 5 on Billboard 200 Charts. That same week, the 24-year-old entertainer made history by becoming the first-ever artist to top all 5 Billboard Country Charts with his breakthrough #1 Top Country Album; #1 debuting Country Digital Song, “Heaven”; and #1 Country Airplay, Hot Country Song and Country Streaming Song, the Double-Platinum “What Ifs” featuring Lauren Alaina, which also garnered a Guinness World Record for becoming the first act to top five U.S. country charts simultaneously.

Additionally, for the period since its release in December 2016, Kane Brown is the sole debut country album to earn RIAA Platinum certification. It also has held the #1 position for the most weeks of any country album since it released.
