NASHVILLE, Tenn. –  Multi-platinum selling recording artist Josh Turner joined CMT’s Cody Alan and Katie Cook on Tuesday to spend time with patients of Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Taking place at the hospital’s Seacrest Studios in front of a live audience and broadcast throughout the facility, the three discussed favorite holiday traditions, took questions and played games with the children. Josh’s shared memories of his favorite stuffed animal incited howling laughter from the kids as did one of the games which required each host hold a candy cane in their mouth and, using the hook end, try to pick up other candy canes and place them in a bucket nearby. Giggles filled the room as Josh, Katie and Cody struggled with the challenge, spilling candy canes everywhere except where they were supposed to go.

More of the fun antics can be seen during the 2017 Video of the Year countdown on CMT Hot 20 this Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9/8c.
