Pardi is a Multi-CMA Award Contender and an AMA Nominee
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – With over 50 first-week stations, reigning ACM New Male Vocalist of the Year and CMA New Artist of the Year-nominee Jon Pardi sends his brand-new single “She Ain’t In It” to country radio Monday (10/23) as the most-added song of the week. Billboard calls the Clint Daniels and Wynn Varble-written tune, “a stone-cold weeper that would make George Strait nod with approval.” “She Ain’t In It” is Pardi’s fourth single off his critically-acclaimed, Gold-selling sophomore album, California Sunrise.
“‘She Ain’t In It’ is a great country song,” shares Pardi. “The first time I heard it, I had to listen to it over and over again. I was like ‘This has to be on the record. It is just pure country.’ It’s got that heartbreak to it. It’s got that moving on. Great lyrics and a great melody and it’s one of my favorites to ever call mine.”
“She Ain’t In It” follows Pardi’s three consecutive No. 1 hits with his Platinum-selling “Head Over Boots,” the three-week chart-topper “Dirt On My Boots,” and most-recently, “Heartache On The Dance Floor.” “Dirt On My Boots” is currently nominated for CMA Song of the Year and it earned Pardi his first-ever American Music Award nomination for Favorite Song-Country. In addition to a CMA New Artist of the Year nomination, Pardi is nominated for CMA Single of the Year for “Dirt On My Boots.”
