NASHVILLE, Tenn.  – Today marks 20 years since Johnny Cash passed away and Bill Miller, CEO and Founder of Icon Entertainment & Hospitality is sharing a personal note about his special friendship with the legendary artist.

“20 years ago today the world lost one of the greatest men it’s ever known. The time has flown by, but his impact, influence and inspiration hasn’t diminished one bit. We first met when I was 13 and our friendship spanned three decades. Grateful for his influence on my life. Don’t know where I’d be today if our paths hadn’t crossed in 1973,” Miller shared alongside personal pictures featuring his sons and his wife Shannon.

2023 also marks the lauded museum’s 10th anniversary, as well as 50 years since Bill Miller first met Johnny Cash and began a lifelong friendship.
