NASHVILLE, Tenn.  – Independent singer/songwriter Jesse Labelle releases his new single “Two Hearts and a Diamond” TODAY. The new single, written by Labelle and AVA SUPPELSA, is being released to radio and is now available across all digital service providers including Apple Music and Spotify.

TUNE IN ALERT!
The Boot, one of country music’s leading websites, hosts Labelle tomorrow, Saturday June 13 at 10 am Central, for an acoustic livestream concert performance on their Facebook and Instagram channel. Labelle will play many of his most requested songs including his new single “Two Hearts and a Diamond.”

Labelle, having had to cancel his tour through California, Florida and several summer festival dates amidst the current COVID pandemic, spent his time in quarantine working on his music and readying for release of his new single “Two Hearts and a Diamond.”

“Two Hearts and a Diamond takes the universal theme of finding true love and uses the lyrics to explain it through a game of cards,” explains Labelle. “It’s my favorite song that I’ve written to date and is my proudest work as a songwriter so far. From the first time I played this song live, it’s consistently been my most requested song, and my fans have really helped get this song to this point!”

Labelle has also had to stay creative in how he would make ends meet financially during these uncertain times of COVID19 which hit just a couple weeks after he suffered the loss of his Nashville home during the March tornado. To protect his livelihood he got creative and his weekly Total Request Live Facebook/Instagram livestreams turned in to various paid bookings for him. So the singer/songwriter took advantage of the unique model and officially launched Jesse Labelle Virtual Gigs last month and he has been very successful to keep his career and livelihood afloat. His virtual gigs have been so successful and so well received many have booking him to come back on a weekly basis.

With over 2 Million cumulative streams under his belt, Jesse held nothing back with his latest single “Hey Rachel” and the song has gained more momentum at Spotify than any of his previous releases to date. With his new single “Two Hearts and a Diamond,” Labelle co-produced the song with one of Nashville’s hottest producers Sam Ellis (Thomas Rhett, Kane Brown, Ingrid Andress).

Before the tornado and the COVID-19 crisis, Jesse had been on a steady climb and riding high with a growing touring career and making a name for himself in and around Nashville.  He was a featured pick as a CMT Next Up Now artist with the video for his single “Hey Rachel.” Click HERE.  Labelle was invited to play an Opry Circle Throwdown during the WSM-AM portion of the first-ever Music City Christmas Jam that was part of an event sponsored by The Nashville Predators, The Tennessee Titans, The Nashville Sounds and The Opry Trust Fund raising money for Second Harvest Food Bank; he’s played Nashville’s famed Whiskey Jam;  had regular sell out shows at the Listening Room CafeBluebird Cafeand Ole Red as well as coming off the summer of his life that included  playing some of country music’s biggest festivals around the country including Country Stampede, Country Fan Fest and opening for artists such as Jason Aldean, Big & Rich, Granger Smith, Rodney Atkins and then the ultimate career high in realizing a dream opening for superstar Garth Brooks in August. At the Garth stadium show he debuted a new song “Mystery” during his set to enormous crowd response. Following due to the overwhelming response from the fans Labelle released the song at all digital service providers and he saw his greatest career gains in his streaming numbers and social numbers with that release.

Earlier last year, Jesse partnered with Country Now for the world premiere of his emotional and introspective video for his current single “Hey Rachel.” The video, directed by Teri Brown and Ian Schofinski, was filmed on the streets of his hometown Nashville, TN where his true story of “Rachel” played out.
