Jake Hoot Releases Debut Single “Dangerous Thing”

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Following a whirlwind of a launch to 2020, Jake Hoot has released his first single since being crowned the champ of season 17 of NBC’s The Voice, entitled “Dangerous Thing.” Written by Hoot, Dave Pahanish (Keith Urban, Toby Keith, Tim McGraw) and Dillon Dixon (George Jones, Ronnie Milsap, Josh Gracin) and produced by Pahanish and Charles Pevahouse Jr., the ‘country-slash-rock’ (Wide Open Country) infused track is available on all digital platforms today. Click HERE to listen to “Dangerous Thing” on your preferred platform.

The release of “Dangerous Thing” follows Hoot’s release of charitable song, “Tennessee Strong” which benefits victims of the March 3rd tornado that hit Middle Tennessee. The uplifting song and music video premiered by CMT.com, reached Top 10 in the iTunes Country Singles chart and Top 35 on the iTunes All-Genre Chart.
