In early reviews, Rolling Stone Country calls “Yesterday’s Song” a “hard-driving, Keith Urban-like rocker, with some Lenny Kravitz-inspired guitar” and Taste of Country notes the boisterous single is “addictive” with “razor-sharp guitar work and a hook that would be illegal if it were a narcotic.” “Yesterday’s Song” is also making an impact at Country radio, landing in the top three most-added singles this week.

Viewers can tune in to ABC next Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 11:35 / 10:35 p.m. CT to see Hayes perform “Yesterday’s Song” for the first time on national television.

Hayes is currently working on his third studio album for Atlantic / Warner Music Nashville and continues to perform select headlining dates across the country.
