The five time Grammy Nominee may be on the “Road to Rio”, but it’s not for an Olympic competition.  The hunky country singer will be in the Hoosier State’s capitol city, Indianapolis, to join up with the U.S. Olympic Committee’s on their Road to Rio Tour, presented by Liberty Mutual Insurance.  The Tour stops in nine cities as they make their way to Rio for the Summer Olympic and Paralympic games. This tour will also be in conjunction with the U.S. Olympic Diving Trials being held on the campus of IUPUI at the IU Natatorium.

The Billboard Chart topping Hayes will perform at the AT & T stage on Monument Circle, downtown Indy on Saturday, June 25 at 3pm.  Besides Hayes, Olympic Gold medalists Shawn Johnson and David Boudia will make appearances as well as Hoosier native, Thomas Finchum, a member of the ‘08 Diving Team and now a budding country singer himself.
