GRAMMY Award Winner and Multi-Platinum Singer, Songwriter, and Performer David Ball Releases New Album “Come See Me”

First New Music In Eight Years

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Multi-platinum singer, songwriter, and performer, David Ball, released his highly anticipated new record, “Come See Me,” today on Public Records. The first single, “I Got A Broken Heart In The Mail,” hit radio on July 31 and is David’s first new music in eight years. If David went to Bakersfield and picked guitars with Buck Owens, it might have come out like “I Got A Broken Heart In The Mail.” Purchase the new music here.

Recorded at his home studio in Franklin, TN, this may be David’s most personal record yet. He wrote and produced every song. Aside from drums and percussion contributed by Scott Metko, David played all instruments.

Fans can contribute to his Pledge Music site here, which will be managing the release of the full record and exclusive new merchandise.

“This is melodic, hooky country music, the kind I grew up on,” said David Ball. “It’s fun to listen to. This is under-produced, non-corporate country music.”

“The fans of David Ball have been waiting a LOOOOOONG time for another single and now the wait is over. David’s new song, “I Got A Broken Heart In The Mail,” is just what we need. It’s classic David Ball with some Bakersfield added for some extra flavor. Your audience is going to love it!” – Captain Jack, Renegade Radio, Nashville TN

“That’s great, classic David Ball” – Mike Crow “Crowman” KTFW 92.1 Hank FM, Fort Worth TX

“The best way I can describe this sound is 1950’s country from the 21st century.” – Scott Wikle, My Kind Of Country, Traverse City MI

“I love how loose it is. I love the live feel. It feels like he recorded it in a basement and I love that. I love the songs that stick out. It’s him and it feels real amongst all the other stuff on the radio.” –  Eric Hanson, WAAG FM 95, Galesburg IL
