Reviewers are raving about It’s Been Awhile

“Raised by his musician parents, Dustin Collins has been around music his whole life. With years of exposure and experience under his belt, he’s taken his talent to a new level with his sophomore album, It’s Been Awhile.”  – Kristin Brown, Cowboys and Indians

“Dustin Collins’ voice, on his new album It’s Been Awhile, has a depth and honesty that defies his years.  Cold Dead Hands is a great song but I also suggest country music fans take a deeper dive and listen to great cuts like The Barn and It’s Been Awhile.  Collins’ obviously came from a music family and you can hear it his songs!” – Eric Dahl, Maverick Magazine, Rock& Review

“Collins demonstrates an enviable versatility with It’s Been Awhile, augmenting the rousing summer anthem ‘The Barn’ with more deeply personal songs like the title track and ‘It Always Starts With You,’ both of which he wrote himself. An impressive showcase for the Kentucky artist.”  – Bob Paxman Sports & Entertainment Nashville

“Bardstown, Kentucky may be a small town, but it’s going to have some pretty big talent on its hands.  Dustin Collins has staked out his territory with songs that are a reflection of who he is.  They’re songs from the heart—and they entertain. The kid’s a heck of a writer!  Big things are on the way for Dustin Collins.   ” – Cameron “Camo” Wallace, Nashville Access radio and Nashville Access Podcast
