Denny Strickland Sets Four CMA Music Fest Performances

Nashville, Tennessee – The growing legion of Denny Strickland fans will have no less than four opportunities to see the artist Rolling Stone Country named one of their “Top 10 Country Artists to Watch” perform during this week’s CMA Music Fest in Nashville. Following the busy week, Denny and his band head across the pond for his first UK tour to promote his California Dreamin album.

“CMA Music Fest is always such a crazy week, and we love having the opportunity to play for our fans and having a chance to meet everyone,” said Denny. “To go from that to jumping on a plane to make some new friends in the UK is amazing. We may not sleep, but we’re gonna have fun!”

The video has also received over 723,000 views on YouTube. A deluxe version of the album, featuring new exclusive adaptations of several original songs, is now available through digital retailers.

Both the original and deluxe versions of California Dreamin were produced by Strickland and Sean Giovanni (Big & Rich, Brett Michaels, Randy Houser.) The songs draw inspiration not just from Strickland’s country influences but also from pop, rap, rock and even acts such as Lana del Rey and Timbaland. Strickland also had a hand in writing seven of the songs from the project.
