Los Angeles, CA – As he preps for a big weekend and even busier summer, groundbreaking DJ/remixer/producer Dee Jay Silver has officially released his latest single “Getaway Driver” featuring country duo Waterloo Revival. The pop-country track, written by Waterloo Revival’s George Birge along with Jason Massey and Corey Crowder, is the debut single off Dee Jay Silver’s upcoming album, Corners (Reven8te Nashville). “Getaway Driver” is available now on all digital music platforms; PRESS HERE to listen and PRESS HERE to watch the lyric video, which first premiered via Taste of Country, who called it a “high-energy love song” and noted, “Silver’s original music continues to target fans of a more progressive country sound, but he doesn’t break format with this guitar and drum loop-anchored love story.”

“The guys from Waterloo and I have been buddies for a while…we’re all from Austin, TX! I’ve always been a big fan of the music they make, so I reached out to George about my new album and asked if they’d be interested in being a part of it,” shares Silver. “George sent over a few songs they’ve done and ‘Getaway Driver’ stuck with me. I love this song! It’s a perfect crossover track that fits on country radio, will sound great on Top 40 radio and will hold a room when I play in Vegas. I’m excited for the world to hear this!!”

The feelings were mutual for Waterloo Revival, who add, “We’ve been a fan of Silver’s for a long time now, so when the opportunity to work together came up, we jumped on it. Can’t wait for fans to hear how it turned out.”

Set for release this summer (date TBA), Corners will mark the first full-length album from Dee Jay Silver in his 15+ year career. The album captures the open-format performer’s unique ability to blend all types of music from hip-hop and rock to house and country into a non-stop at-home party featuring an array of guest artists from all genres.

“The reason for naming the record Corners is because this album literally takes you into all corners of my mind,” explains Silver. “This album has songs from all genres. There’s country crossover songs from Waterloo Revival and LOCASH and hip-hop tracks featuring Constantine from LA and Lil Flip from Houston, plus a remix of my single ‘Safe Zone,’ Top 40 pop songs, original house tracks made for the clubs, and more. This album has been a long time in the making!”
