Country Superstar Zac Brown Wraps Up 2017 RODEOHOUSTON and Purchases the Junior Market Reserve Champion Steer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Preceding his performance as three-time GRAMMY-winning multi-platinum artists Zac Brown Band on Sunday, March 26, country music superstar, Zac Brown, and his wife, Shelly Brown, were amongst the buying group for the Junior Market Reserve Grand Champion Steer on Saturday, March 25 at the 2017 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The steer, which sold for $330,000, was raised by sixteen-year-old Future Farmers of America member, Stock Martin, of Hereford, TX.

The band’s performance on Sunday night concluded the 2017 RODEOHOUSTON. The 2018 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is scheduled to run Feb. 27-March 18.
