Nashville, TN – Country songstress, Page Mackenzie, and rising country artist, Garrett Biggs, have teamed up for the release of “Hung Up by Now,” a ballad that showcases both of their vocal ranges, vulnerability, and musicianship. “Hung Up by Now” will be available on all streaming platforms Friday, January 14 and can be downloaded HERE.
“This song is about a relationship that has ended but both people know they’re still in love,” says Mackenzie. “It’s passionate and relatable and I particularly love that it’s the woman who is drunk at the bar calling instead of the stereotypical story where the man does. Also, if you notice, Garrett sings about crying. I wanted to showcase a man being vulnerable because so often society pressures men to hide their feelings.”
