Country, Sassy and Pure Jenny Tolman Is Picked For CMT Artist Discovery Initiative

World premiere of “Something To Complain About” music video
on CMT.com and
CMT Music on March 13

NASHVILLE, Tenn. –  Welcome to Jennyville!  Jenny Tolman will debut on CMT’s Artist Discovery Initiative tomorrow with the world premiere of her video for single, “Something To Complain About,” on the 24/7 digital music channel CMT Music and CMT.com. Directed by Seth Zaluski of Spectrum Innovations, the wishful-thinking perspective music video was shot inside a beach-side mansion north of Miami, Florida and will begin airing multiple times per day.  Much like the video, the songs found on Tolman’s forthcoming full length album titled Jennyville are smart, playful, insightful and vulnerable — much like the woman behind them.

Dedicated to connecting emerging artists with a passionate new fanbase, the CMT Artist Discovery Initiative has singled out Tolman as an artist to watch in 2018, a talented Nashville native who with her own twist and unique stylings co-wrote the well-crafted country song with Aaron Raitiere (three songs on Miranda Lambert’s The Weight of These Wings) and Tolman’s multi-GRAMMY® nominated  producer Dave Brainard (Brandy Clark, Jerrod Neimann, Sunny Sweeney).

Fans can see the video for a longer period of time by voting for Jenny Tolman’s “Something To Complain About” now at the CMT Music 12-Pack Countdown page.  The video is live March 13 here.

In just a short time, Tolman has already made impressive waves with over 400,000 streams of“Something To Complain About” on Spotify.  Her positive approach with fans on social media have earned her nearly 70,000 Facebook followers and those numbers are rapidly growing.  As a new artist, Tolman recognizes the importance of being seen on a regular basis in order to establish recognition and grow a fanbase.  This month on the 16th, 17th and 30th, you can find her doing what she does best at The Sutler, one of Nashville’s familiar hot spots for ‘live’ entertainment.   For a closer look into her day-to-day activities which typically includes songwriting, pole-dancing workout classes and gluten-free baking to name a few,  follow Jenny on all her social media outlets below and checkout her website here.
