Cirque du Soleil’s Festive “Corteo” Parades Through Music City to Dazzle Media and Spectators

Corteo performers, Alain Labrie and Johan Juslin, on "Today in Nashville"
Nashville, Tennessee –  A few of Cirque du Soleil’s Corteo performers dazzled media and spectators during their brief parade through Music City. Johan Juslin performed a diablo act (which is a juggling or circus prop consisting of a bobbin and two hourglass-shaped cups and is spun using a string attached to two wands much like a yo-yo) while Alain Labrie performed a festive pan-European musical number from the production. The duo made numerous stops including WSMV’s Today in Nashville, 650WSM’s Nashville Today and was even spotted in front of some of Nashville’s favorite landmarks and “backdrops” which can be seen here.
