Chelsea Bain Releases ‘Just In Time’ EP

Five Songs Highlight Songwriting

Nashville, Tennessee – Chelsea Bain has built a career and a legion of fans on music that is identifiable and relatable, and her new Just In Time EP, available now on Turn 3 Records, is more “Chelsea” than anything she has ever recorded. Produced by Eric Varnell, Chelsea co-wrote all five songs with Varnell and Rachel Dier on four of the tracks and wrote the fifth with Dier and Ross Lipsey.

“I’ve always been proud of the music we’ve released, but I took a long, hard look at who I am and what I want to say over the last year,” said Chelsea. “I feel like this is the most honest and believable music I have ever recorded for that reason.”

Chelsea’s heart and soul are in full view in every song, from the rousing opener “Gonna Feel This In The Morning.” In the title cut, Chelsea confesses, “You came along just in time.” Fans listening close to “Why Don’t You” will catch a bit of a lyrical surprise. “You’ll Never Know” taunts a former lover about what he’s missing, and “We Can’t Be Friends Anymore” has a unique twist on what seems to be an obvious lyric.

For Chelsea Bain, this new music is a long time coming…but Just In Time.
