New Album, ‘Come Find Me,‘ now available for pre-order; “Pinky Promise”offered as Instant Download

Nashville, Tenn. – Camille Rae has released a powerful new ballad,“I Need Me,” from her forthcoming sophomore album, Come Find Me. The project, which will be released March 17, is now available for pre-order on iTunes and Apple Music, with an immediate download of the track, “Pinky Promise.”

“I Need Me” is a very personal song for Rae, and comes from a time in which she was motivated to put her life and her own decisions first.  She recently commented stating, “’I Need Me,’ is about a period in my life where I knew that I needed to make some changes to be happy,” said Rae. “I was in a place where I felt like I was being held down and conforming to a life around me that I needed to break away from. I was following this path that everyone thought I should… the smart path or the easiest path. But, I knew that as scary as it was, I had to follow my heart and live my own life. This song is so special because it can apply to any situation or relationship in anyone’s life. Sometimes we just need ourselves… and that’s okay.”

With an official music video in development, “I Need Me” is one of seven tracks either written or co-written by Rae appearing on her soon-to-release album, Come Find Me. Primarily produced by Larry Beaird, alongside Rae, Shawn Gough, Mikei Gray, and Amber Nicole Smith, the album will release through Break the Cycle Entertainment.

Originally from Mount Vernon, Ky., Rae has been sharing her talent with all whom would listen since the age of three. At 12, Rae began to craft her own songs and was a member of the Kentucky All-State Choir. She went on to complete her musical education at University of the Cumberlands and taught choir before focusing on her own artistry. Since 2012, Rae has opened for notable acts like The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, David Cook, Maddie and Tae, and more.
Rae works closely with Musicians On Call at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and is an avid supporter of St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital.
