Releasing this Friday to all streaming platforms is Caleb Kelley‘s new track “Dry Spell.” Co-written with Adam Wheeler, this is the first of several new songs Caleb will be releasing over the next few months. After moving from his hometown in West Tennessee to Nashville last year, Caleb has been focusing on writing and recording new music.
“This song came about after Adam and I had been sitting in the writing room for awhile without too many ideas flowing,” says Caleb. “I told Adam ‘man I’ve been in a dry spell lately and haven’t written anything.’ It was like a light bulb went off in his head and he said, ‘there’s the song!’ Everyone goes through dry spells, whether it’s in work, dating and trying to find the right one, or those who haven’t had a drink in a while. It’s definitely something everyone has experienced so why not make it a song.”
