Bobby Marquez Shares News of Upcoming All-Star St. Jude Benefits

NASHVILLE, TN — “We are all in this together” have been words to live by during the CoVID 19 Pandemic. Now, country music artist Bobby Marquez is taking those words to heart and extending a helping hand to the families of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through a couple of music benefits over the next few weeks. And Bobby Marquez will be sharing all of the details on several media outlets in the coming days.

The first event is a Birthday Bash for Bobby benefiting St. Jude on Thursday, May 21st. “I can’t think of a better way to mark another year. We have all experienced the uncertainty of isolation this year and the concern of staying healthy. That is part of everyday life for some of these families. So my wish is to help them out and offer some entertainment at the same time,” states Marquez.

Celebrity friends did not hesitate to help make Bobby’s birthday wish come true. Grammy Award winners, Hall of Fame stars and legends of country music (Linda Davis, Sylvia, Ranger Doug, Charlie McCoy, Chuck Meade and more) will all perform on a special Facebook Watch Party Birthday Bash on May 21, 2020 at 7pm central time. The initiative to help St. Jude sustain their wonderful, groundbreaking research and treatments continues on Saturday, June 6th as Bobby Marquez will carry-on his annual Country With Heart benefit as a special edition of the Ernest Tubb Midnite Jamboree.

“I can’t think of a more perfect way to hold the show this year. Ernest Tubb was one of my heroes and he always said, ‘Be better to your neighbors and you’re gonna have better neighbors.’ What prolific words. We are all helping one another in such a positive way,” says Bobby Marquez.

The special Ernest Tubb Midnite Jamboree show will stream live on the Ernest Tubb Record Shops Facebook page, www.facebook.com/ernesttubbrecordshops at 2pm central time on Saturday, June 6, 2020.
