Bobby Marquez Entertains Fans on Television This Weekend And Plans Upcoming Charity Events

Guest Appearance on the Penny Gilley Show Leads A Busy Calendar of Rescheduled Events and Benefits for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

NASHVILLE, TN — Award-winning singer/songwriter Bobby Marquez returns to television this weekend as a special guest on the Penny Gilley Show on RFD-TV. This is the first musical appearance for Marquez since the CoVID-19 quarantines were first introduced almost a month and a half ago. Marquez has focused on quality time with family while conversing with fans on social media and volunteering during the “stay at home” order. But now, as quarantines are slowly being lifted, the entertainer is looking forward to sharing music with fans in a safe environment. “My first concern is that everyone is healthy, so I don’t want to put anyone at risk, but many friends are getting anxious over the shutdown, so I hope I have found some ways for us to enjoy the music together and still adhere to the health precautions.” states Bobby Marquez.

His first show appearance allow fans to enjoy his honky tonk originals from home. It is scheduled to air on RFD-TV this Friday, April 24, 2020 at 2:30pm central time on The Penny Gilley Show. An encore presentation of Bobby performing alongside the talented host and his interview with Penny Gilley will air the following morning, Saturday, April 25, 2020 at 7:00am central time on RFD-TV.

Unfortunately, as part of social distancing, many shows on Bobby Marquez’s 2020 calendar have been rescheduled, including his birthday bash at the Ernest Tubb Midnite Jamboree on May 23rd. That show will now be on his actual birthdate, May 21 and will become a fundraiser for Marquez’s favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Bobby Marquez and surprise guests will be performing on Facebook on that date for fans. facebook.com/bobbymarquezmusic
