NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Reigning ICMA Bluegrass Artist of the Year Billy Droze releases his new single, “Waiting Out The Storm,” today across all music platforms. The timely song is the title track to Droze’s upcoming spring project. Digital Journal exclusively premiered a first look at the music video, shot and directed by New Media Production, in Alabama and Tennessee. “‘Waiting Out The Storm’ by Billy Droze is upbeat and refreshing, and its lyrics are extremely relatable for anybody that is experiencing obstacles in their relationships. It is a gentle reminder that sometimes the best option is to give each other space, in an effort to ‘wait out the storm.’ This spitfire tune would make a solid choice for a motion picture or TV soundtrack, especially for romantic dramas,” expressed Markos Papadatos, Digital Journal.

Released via Droze’s RBR Entertainment label, “Waiting Out The Storm” was written by Droze and Wayne Burton. The track, which was also produced by Droze, follows his latest single “That’d Be You,” featuring world-renowned guitarist Tommy Emmanuel, from his latest album Renaissance. “That’d Be You” topped the bluegrass charts three times.

Droze has written songs for country acts such as Shenandoah, Darryl Worley, Billy Yates, Jamie O’Neal and more. As an artist, he has garnered several No. 1 hits including his debut single “Kentucky Blue,” “Till I Get Home” featuring The Isaacs and “Coal Fed Train.”
