Bigg Vinny is closing out 2023 on a festive note. Following his return with the release of the personal and cathartic “BATTLEGROUND” last month, the Middle Tennessee native is spreading some Christmas cheer – and a few snowballs – with the release of his single “Christmas White“. Penned by Lance Carpenter and Ashley Martin, “Christmas White” instantly makes one a kid again – no matter the age – as it brings you back to those days of wishing you’ll wake up from that same dream Mr. Bing Crosby crooned and whistled about all those years ago.
“This song is all about how us country folk pray every year that we wake up to a white Blanket of snow on Christmas Day!!!!,” says Bigg Vinny. “I cut this song because it made me feel like it was a classic Christmas song the first time my buddy Lance Carpenter ever played it for me!!!”
It’s appropriate that such a cheerful single would be accompanied by an animated video. Seeing a cartoon version of Big Vinny getting excited about that first flake, making snow angels and building Frosty adds to the whimsical feeling of the song.
