Allie Keck Releases New Single “Kiss And Tell”

Nashville, Tenn. – Allie Keck made her way to Nashville, by way of Neoga, Illinois, where she was born and raised with her sisters. Her strong love for music and singing lead to her first visit to Nashville at the age of 15, where she recalls visiting Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Restaurant in Downtown.  After this family trip, she warned her parents that she would eventually call Music City her home. Now, not only is she a resident but she has also released her debut single “Kiss and Tell”.

“I had just moved to Nashville with no job and no furniture in the house,” Keck says about the song. “After being stood up by a guy I really liked for the second time, I wrote the song in maybe 10 minutes. It was basically about me being over this ‘hard to get thing’ this guys was pulling.”

Believe it or not, Keck and the guy never met in person. “It’s kinda weird to say I’ve wrote a song about someone I’ve never met, but Bumble will do that to you. I am not one to waste my time on someone because instead I could be focusing on my music. He may have been an awful dude but he was worth the song.”

In addition to being one of Nashville’s most talented up-annd-coming singer/songwriters, Keck is also co-host of a bi-weekly podcast called Topher and Al.  The podcast, created along with Christopher Anthony is geared towards locals and transplants who share a common love for Nashville. The show connects with Nashvillians on a personal level through music, current events and humor and is available for free download on iTunes.
