ALABAMA Remembers ZZ Top’s Dusty Hill

Nashville, Tenn. — Iconic country rock band ALABAMA today released the following statements regarding the passing of ZZ Top‘s Dusty Hill:

“We loved ZZ Top. We grew up playing all of their songs when we first started performing. Their music was the most requested when we played for tips at The Bowery in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.” -Jeff Cook, ALABAMA

Hill passed away on Tuesday, July 27, at his home in Houston, Texas. He was 72.
