Lilly Winwood Has a ‘Few More Records’ To Sell

United Kingdom native Lilly Winwood began singing and writing songs at a young age, gaining experience by playing in a band with her brother and performing on tour all by the age of 16.  She also has a rock legend for a father, Steve Winwood, so it comes to no surprise that she has the wherewithal to provide the quality of music like that of a seasoned veteran.

After much time living in England, she felt that she needed a change and traveled to Nashville, home to her mother’s family and a childhood summer destination.  That vacation turned into permanent residency. Taking inspiration from her homes abroad and stateside, Winwood’s style is a mixture of American country with an English twist.  As an homage to her songwriting idol (John Prine) Lilly, backed by Australian producer Joshua Barber, Winwood released her debut EP Silver Stages.

Following Silver Stages were collaborations with other Nashville artists thus leading up to the release of her second EP, due early 2021 called Time Well Spent.  Produced by Alex Munoz and Allen Thompson, the album’s first single “Few More Recordsis available today, 10/23. The track showcases her impressive vocals that liken her to Trisha Yearwood, creative production with the song centered on dumping the bad and relying on the good.

“Few More Records” is a pure country tune with exquisite vocals that goes from rock steady to rock heavy, with plenty of piano and drum beats that’ll become an easy fan favorite.
