Exclusive Video Premiere: Jet Jurgensmeyer “Falling Too”

If you recognize Jet Jurgensmeyer as an actor of small and big screens but not necessarily as a country artist, that’s about to change. With a resume of roles including “Boyd” on FOX’s hit comedy, “Last Man Standing,” lending his voice to Pip the penguin in the Disney animated series “TOTS” and movie credits in “Cupid’s Proxy,” “Hey Arnold! The Jungle Movie” and “American Sniper,” the veteran actor’s decision to jump to country music isn’t that far of a leap. In addition to growing up in Nashville, Jurgensmeyer was truly surrounded by music and performing his entire life as his parents owned a music venue. In 2018, at the age of 14, he released his debut single “Everything Will Be Alright” from his self-titled album followed by singles “Fast Forward,” “Compassion,” and “Talk to God.” In June 2023, Jurgensmeyer released his latest single “Falling Too” and today he’s premiering the music video exclusively with The Country Note.

Jurgensmeyer’s maturity beyond his age is showcased in the single about one’s first love as he co-wrote the track with Brian Sauerwald, Kyle Winski, and Pierson Swanson. A universal topic, Jurgensmeyer brought the haunting that kind of love has in every constant thought and breath to life – and the need to make those feelings tangible – with his video.

“This video shows the story of falling for someone and having them stuck in your head,” explains Jurgensmeyer. “It shows me using writing and performing to process those feelings.”
