Following the success of his first single “Tongue Tied,” Veteran Marine singer-songwriter Steven John Simon (pronounced SEE MAAH) is back with new music, releasing his single “Eyes Closed” today. The track is now available on all digital music platforms.

Written by Casey Carpenter, Bryce Mauldin and Josh Johnson, “Eyes Closed” describes the attraction between a man and a woman whose paths cross at a bar. Not only is the attraction so strong that it pulls them towards each other, but there is also a deeper, immaterial connection that Simon could see with his eyes closed. The lyrics allow the listener to visualize the connection and desire between the two as Simon’s heartfelt and charming vocals bring those emotions to life:
