NASHVILLE, TN – On a rare day off from the road, singer/songwriter Tucker Beathard spent time with CMA EDU students in Nashville, TN on Valentines Day. CMA EDU is the Country Music Association’s campus-based program that gathers college students in celebration of their love for music and gives them an inside look into the music industry. Offering insight into his inspiring rise so far, Beathard played an acoustic set that included songs taken from his FIGHT LIKE HELL EP as well as answered questions about his breakout year, his current goals and looking to the future.

Beathard’s visit was a pit stop along the road of a stacked touring schedule and comes hot on the heels of his recent debut on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! that saw him “absolutely shred it” (RARE Country) as he delivered “a muscular version” (Rolling Stone) of his current single “Momma And Jesus.” Watch here. Spotlighted by NOISEY as “hot, smokin’, Southern rockin’, good old-fashioned tuneage,” Beathard continues to turn heads at Country radio and is taken from his FIGHT LIKE HELL EP, which also includes his debut Top 5 summer anthem “Rock On.” Fans can catch Beathard, who racked up almost 200 live performances last year, on Brantley Gilbert’s THE DEVIL DON’T SLEEP TOUR which picks back up in Glens Falls, NY today (2/16).
