Sixty fryers were lined up in the parking lot of Nashville Rescue Mission where more than one hundred volunteers, including Tennessee Titans players and cheerleaders, music artists and city leaders, gathered to help Lawrence fry over five hundred turkeys, from the six hundred that were donated. More than FIVE THOUSAND meals were prepared for the homeless and underserved families in the Middle Tennessee area.

The evening concert at the Wildhorse Saloon, featuring Luke Combs, Clay Cormier, Ben Gallaher, Halfway to Hazard, William Michael Morgan, Jamie O’Neal and Lawrence followed the day of cooking and raised $28,787.19 in ticket sales alone.

The MISSON:POSSIBLE blueprint is spreading to other cities, as Dallas Life Mission in Texas celebrated their second turkey fry and Louisville Rescue Mission in Kentucky held their first turkey fry and concert on Wednesday of last week.  Both cities reported successful and safe events. Additional cities are slated to come on board in 2018, as the new 501-C3 gains momentum across the U.S.
