Silverado Records Signs Exclusively With Adkins Publicity

Roster Includes Joe Diffie, David Adam Byrnes, Crystal Yates, Tyler Jordan and Ali Morgan

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Silverado Records, one of Nashville’s fastest growing independent labels, joins Adkins Publicity for exclusive PR/publicity representation. Silverado Records prides itself on working with both established and rising country stars, putting a focus on the music, always. The label’s roster of talent includes country icon Joe Diffie, Nashville veteran David Adam Byrnes and hot new vocalists Crystal Yates, Tyler Jordan and Ali Morgan.

Most recently, Silverado Records released their second Christmas compilation album, “A Very Nashville Christmas,” available for download on Amazon and iTunes.

“I’m extremely excited to be working with Scott and his team at Adkins Publicity, as I believe they totally appreciate and understand our non-traditional approach to growing our company, and have the passion to help us usher in our best year yet,” Silverado Records President/CEO Scott Thomas said.

Thomas spent the first half of his career in radio, including the role as CEO of Denver-based Zeo Radio Networks prior to launching Jake Records in January 2007. As the head of Silverado Records’ parent company, Exegan Media & Entertainment, Inc., Thomas has grown Exegan to own more than a dozen record label catalogs.

Silverado Records’ team also includes VP/A&R Aaron Chesling, who came to Silverado after working at Big Machine Label Group. He’s since helped guide the music strategy and sought out fresh new talent for the label. In addition to his role with Silverado, Aaron oversees the A&R strategy company-wide for Exegan Media & Entertainment, Inc.

Marketing Coordinator Kaylie Thomas, who was recently promoted from a supporting role, is involved in all marketing plans for Silverado’s projects. She also helps execute social media strategy and recently crafted street marketing campaigns for Tyler Jordan. She was instrumental in Silverado’s CMA Fest activities.

Launched in 2006, Silverado Records hosts offices in Nashville and Las Vegas and has become a haven for established and rising country artists hoping to carve their own path in the music industry. The label is the fastest-growing independent label in Nashville.
