Sheryl Crow Returns to Headline The Music Stage of ‘An Evening With Scott Hamilton & Friends’

The family-friendly event will be held at 5 pm on Sunday, November 19 at Bridgestone Arena with Olympic, World and National Champions skating simultaneously to live music performances

NASHVILLE, TN.  – Following the tremendous success of its inaugural event last year, nine-time GRAMMY Award winner Sheryl Crow has announced her return to headline the musical stage for An Evening with Scott Hamilton & Friends, for the second year in a row. The second annual Nashville Ice Show benefitting the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation, will take place at Bridgestone Arena on Sunday, November 19 at 5 pm.

Crow, who is a cancer survivor, will be joined on the music stage by GRAMMY Award winner Darius Rucker, legendary guitarist and songwriter Steve Cropper, singer, songwriter and actor Charles Esten (“Nashville”), lead singer of GRAMMY-nominated and American Music Award-wining band MercyMe Bart Millard, 2017 ACM and GRAMMY nominee Cassadee Pope and GRAMMY-nominated artist and Opry inductee Chris Young.

An Evening with Scott Hamilton & Friends, hosted by cancer survivor Scott Hamilton and special guest host and cancer survivor Peggy Fleming, will simultaneously feature live music and ice skating from the biggest names in figure skating including Olympic, World and National champions Katia Gordeeva (2x Olympic Gold Medalist), Meryl Davis (Olympic Gold Medalist and “Dancing with the Stars” winner), Kurt Browning (4x World Champion), Jeffrey Buttle (Olympic Bronze Medalist), Kimmie Meissner (World Champion), Jeremy Abbott (4x US National Champion and Olympic team Bronze Medalist), Michael Weiss (3x US National Champion), Alissa Czisny (2x US National Champion), Ryan Bradley (US National Champion), Steven Cousins (8x British National Champion), Sinead Kerr-Marshall & John Kerr (7x British National Champions), Kiira Korpi (5x Finnish National Champions), and Kimberly Navarro & Brent Bommentre (US National Bronze Medalists).

The night will also include a return of the fan-favorite special performance by local skaters, who raise funds for the opportunity to perform in the show through the CARES Foundation’s Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer peer-to-peer fundraising program.
