NASHVILLE, Tenn. – On October 19, 2017, a plethora of artists will gather to pay tribute to an American icon and international treasure, the late Dr. Ralph Stanley. The star-studded event – “Dr. Ralph Stanley Forever: A Tribute Concert” – will feature performances from Dierks Bentley, Nathan Stanley, Heidi Newfield, Daryl Worley, T. Graham Brown, Cody McCarver, Shane Owens, Ralph Stanley II, T. Bone Burnett, Doug Supernaw, Smith & Wesley, and more to be announced.
“My Papaw was a special man and this is going to be a special night,” said Nathan Stanley, grandson of Ralph Stanley. “I’ve asked a lot of my friends to come and honor his legacy. I am committed to keeping his legacy and music alive – forever. This night is going to be incredible.”
