Carolina Country Music Fest Draws a Record 105,000 Attendees

KENNY CHESNEY, JASON ALDEAN AND DARIUS RUCKER HEADLINED THE THREE-DAY FEST IN MYRTLE BEACH

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 21, 2017) – A record 105,000 fans descended upon Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, June 8-11 for the third annual Carolina Country Music Fest, headlined by Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean and Darius Rucker. The three-day fest featured performances by more than 30 artists, including Billy Currington, Big & Rich, Brett Young, Chris Lane, Chris Young, Drake White, Gretchen Wilson, Lee Brice, Luke Combs, Runaway June and more.

“The amazing lineup combined with the beautiful scenery in Myrtle Beach created a music fest experience like no other,” says Bob Durkin, president of Full House Productions. “With 105,000 fans in our third year, I think it’s safe to say that CCMF is on track to becoming a pilgrimage for country music fans from all over the country.”

Carolina Country Music Fest was sponsored by Visit Myrtle Beach, Coors Light, Jack Daniels, Coca Cola, WPDE ABC 15, Visit Myrtle Beach, Burroughs & Chapin, Brittain Resort Management, Red Bull and City of Myrtle Beach. CCMF also partnered with The Charlotte Jaycees and several other charitable organizations, donated $10,000 to Savannah’s Playground, $4,000 to Myrtle Beach Band Programs and hosted distinguished veterans on behalf of Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
