Nashville, TN — PLATINUM-selling Country artist Brett Young has released a cover of “Aint Too Proud To Beg” by The Temptations to Spotify’s Echoes Of Vietnam playlist. Inspired by The Vietnam War, a Ken Burns and Lynn Novick documentary which recently aired on PBS, the playlist features iconic songs from the Vietnam War era. “I’m very honored to be included on this playlist with so many other amazing artists and representing such an iconic song,” Young said. “I’m such a huge fan of The Temptations, so when they asked me to select a song from that era, I knew pretty quickly which one I wanted to do.”

Brett Young’s “soothing, approachable self-titled debut album” (New York Times) (BMLG Records) continues to make a big impression as only one of two Country artists to earn RIAA GOLD-certification with albums released this year. His latest offering “Like I Loved You” is quickly rising at Country radio, recently reaching the Top 10 on the Mediabase Country Airplay chart. The single follows back-to-back No. 1 smashes, including the PLATINUM-certified “Sleep Without You” and 2X PLATINUM “In Case You Didn’t Know. “Young is quickly becoming one of country music’s most reliable new hit makers…” (The Tennessean) and the industry is noticing with CMA, ACM, Teen Choice Award, CMT Music Awards and AIMP Award nominations. Breaking barriers in the video format as well, “In Case You Didn’t Know,” was amongst Vevo’s Top Videos of 2017 and has already surpassed 145 million views. As Billboard notes, “…his impact goes beyond the singles,” with fans and critics are also raving about his live show, with his debut headlining CALIVILLE Tour currently underway with a sold-out stop tonight in Nashville.
