Country music is great, and there are a lot of great singers out there as well. But there’s something special about Carly Pearce. Her voice draws you in from the second you first hear it. Each one of her songs has such a special meaning within its lyrics. Whether it’s Things Change, which makes me cry my eyes out, or Pretty Boy, which instantly puts me in a great mood, her songs are definitely worth listening to.
I first met Carly at her meetup at Ulta cosmetics, the day before her Grand Ole Opry debut. When I met her, she was such a sweetheart to me. She’s one of those people who’s like a ray of sunshine when you’re around her. She knew that I was planning on coming to her debut, and she invited me to her private after party at the Acuff house. I was so excited. It means the world to me that I got to be a part of probably the biggest night of her life.
Carly and I have gotten a lot closer since the first time I met her, because I’ve met her 7 times since then. She’s always such a sweetheart when I see her, and she honestly treats me more like a friend than a fan, which I love. I’ll always support Carly through thick and thin and I will always be here for her. And I know that if I need her, she’d be here for me. Carly is as beautiful on the inside as the outside, which is very rare. She has taught me how genuine a person can be, and also to continue chasing my dreams and never give up.
Please, if you ever have the chance to see Carly life, do it. She’s one of the most talented people in the world and she puts her 110% effort into everything she does. If anyone deserves all good things in the world, it would be Carly. Nothing I love more than seeing my girl’s biggest dreams come true ❤️
